ELDT 6130: Instructional Multimedia Development

This course introduces students to instructional design procedures with an emphasis on planning for and carrying out the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of multimedia instructional materials. Students will demonstrate basic proficiencies across a wide spectrum of multimedia and will develop an in-depth understanding of contemporary theories of multimedia development. This course has been designed to provide students with the skills of designing and developing multimedia instruction.

This multimedia lesson on Gagne's Nine Levels of Learning was created as a group project in ELDT 6130 Instructional Multimedia Development. A link to the Storyline project is above, and the project charter document is to the right. My primary responsibilities for this project were research, script-writing, creating and populating the original design templates, and mockups of slide content in powerpoint. I also spearheaded the evaluation stage and wrote the evaluation report.
